Paradise Club is an apartment complex popular with more mature residents in the Benavista area, especially those keen to stay close to amenities and the bowling club. It has a nice community feel about it and all the residents are very friendly. Carpeted corridors and lift access make it easier for those who are less steady on their feet.
The apartment itself has been kept in very good condition. The terrace has been enclosed to maximise the space and this has created a lovely conservatory-feel dining area.
Although it is a studio, it is quite spacious and it would be possible to define a more private sleeping area if required.
